Terms and Conditions
We only charge your credit/debit/switch card when your goods are despatched- this is your right under UK law and, if we do anything else, we are in big trouble.
We guarantee to replace any goods which aren't suitable- just contact us first so we know what to expect. Returned goods must be unused and in a saleable condition. Once we've received them back, we will arrange to either credit you or replace the goods with a different size or colour, whichever you prefer.
We guarantee to replace faulty goods- just send them back to us with a copy of your invoice and clear instructions of what you'd like us to do. We'll either credit you or replace the goods, whichever you prefer.
We guarantee to sort out any problem with your order- just contact us if you have any problems with an order from OneBelowZero. We'll tell you exactly what steps we're going to take to rectify the problem.
We guarantee full warranty support on all items- just contact us if you have a warranty problem. All goods supplied by OneBelowZero are covered by the normal manufacturers warranty.
The website is an Invitation to treat. Acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on despatch to you of the products ordered unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it.
None of the information above affects your statutory rights. We are a UK based company, subject to UK consumer law so dealing with OneBelowZero is completely safe.
Stock Availability:
Although we stock most items, stock is subject to availability. If we don't have an item in stock we will contact you to let you know when you can expect it. Prices are valid as at the date of ordering. Subsequent price changes will be confirmed with the customer prior to payment and/or shipping.
Delivery:
At present we only quote delivery charges to UK addresses. If you require shipment overseas let us know and we will quote a shipping charge for your order.
Standard UK delivery fee is £3.50 and it covers product packaging and DPD UK delivery service. We use DPD UK only as we want to make sure you will receive the goods as quick as possible.
Overseas Shipping:
The applicable shipping charge must be accepted by you the customer, in writing, before any charges are made to the credit or debit card. Goods will not be shipped until this shipping charge is accepted and charged.
If delivery is to a different address to the cardholder address, e.g. the neighbours, place of work or someone lucky enough to receive a gift then we may need further proof of identity before goods get sent for delivery.
All prices include VAT of 15.0%. If you are buying outside the European Community this tax will be removed from the purchase price. Please note that you, the customer, is responsible for all local taxes and laws in the country to which the goods are being sent.
